.............In accordance with Spa policy, credit card details are required to secure an appointment. All services are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. There's no pressure to tip. You can add 10% or more if you wish, however your therapist will also appreciate a smile and a ‘thank you'. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit cards and cash. Residents of the Chatrium Residence Bangkok Sathorns and Ascott Sathorn Bangkok may charge their services to their room accounts.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please call us within two days of your last appointment and we will be happy to schedule a new appointment at no charge.
